Do you want to drive the development of a key function at the intersection of operations, delivery, and technology? Vinnergi is now looking for a Function Manager for a project with one of their larger clients. This is a role for you who thrives working with people, creating structure, driving improvements, and contributing to an efficient, scalable, and future-proofed delivery.

As a Function Manager, you will play a central role in shaping, steering, and developing the function with a focus on quality, efficiency, innovation, and customer value. You lead the work without direct personnel responsibility, but with significant mandate and in consultation with the client to create direction, drive initiatives, and ensure that teams have the right prerequisites for success.

The role involves working closely with both operations, technical teams, and other stakeholders. You are responsible for creating clear working methods, coaching employees, following up on deliveries, and identifying areas for improvement. An important part of the assignment is also to drive transformation and automation to streamline processes and strengthen delivery capacity over time.

You will among other things:

• Follow up on and drive technical development and create measurable business and customer value
• Shape and further develop a scalable, efficient, and innovative function
• Lead the work through clear direction, structure, and data-driven prioritization
• Ensure operational excellence through follow-up, improvements, and clear working methods
• Identify and drive initiatives within transformation, automation, and efficiency
• Support teams and employees through coaching, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving
• Ensure stable delivery with a clear link to the business's strategic goals

We are looking for you who enjoy working with people and driving development, coordination, or change work in a complex organization. You do not necessarily need to have had formal personnel responsibility, but you are used to taking the lead in matters, creating progress, and getting others on board.

We believe you have experience in several of the following areas:

• Understanding of operational delivery, processes, and improvement work
• Experience in coordinating, leading, or driving cross-functional work
• Experience in technical operations, preferably within telecom, infrastructure, networks, IT, or similar fields
• Ability to work data-driven and use follow-ups to prioritize the right efforts
• Experience working with budget and result responsibility
• Experience in change management, transformation, automation, or efficiency
• Good habit of collaborating with multiple stakeholders, such as clients, internal teams, suppliers, or technical specialists
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience from the telecom industry or have worked on assignments towards larger client organizations, but most importantly, you have the right drive, structure, and ability to create results together with others. It is also an advantage if you are certified in project management or process improvement (e.g., Prince2, PMP, or Six Sigma).
