At Knowit Connectivity in Jönköping, we work with systems where understanding one component at a time is not enough. Here, the focus is on making the entire chain work – from requirements and regulations to implementation, testing, and verification.

Part of our work takes place in an extended R&D setup, where we, as a team, take responsibility for parts of the development. This means you will work more long-term with systems, create structure that lasts over time, and actually see the results of your work.

About the Role

This is a role for you who wants to take overall responsibility in technically complex systems.

You work at the intersection of requirements, technology, and system understanding – where your task is to create clarity, structure, and direction.

You might, for example:

• Break down and structure requirements from customers, standards, and regulations
• Ensure that requirements are interpreted and implemented correctly in the system
• Drive system analysis, risk management, and technical trade-offs
• Coordinate between development, testing, and other disciplines
• Ensure that verification and validation respond to the correct requirements

You often work together with others from Knowit, where you jointly are responsible for making the system work – not just one part at a time.

About You

We are looking for you who have experience working with complex technical systems and are accustomed to taking responsibility for the whole picture.

You likely have:

• Experience as a systems engineer, technical requirements manager, or similar
• Worked with requirements, system analysis, or technical coordination
• Experience interpreting standards, directives, or regulatory requirements
• The ability to see both the big picture and the details

You are confident taking a central role in technical discussions and contributing to decisions – not just following them.
