About the Role
We are looking for a senior and self-driven .NET developer who wants to help further develop our technical platform during an international expansion. This is not a junior role – we are looking for someone who is confident in their skills, drives their work independently, and thrives in an environment with high ambitions and pace.
You are comfortable in an AI-augmented development environment and understand both the possibilities and limitations of tools like Claude Code. You can quickly validate, refactor, and optimize generated code, and have the experience required to determine when AI helps – and when it should be overridden.

Allben is a rapidly growing business area within Söderberg & Partners. We develop a market-leading HR platform that engages and communicates with our customers' employees.
Our SaaS platform:
- Is used by hundreds of thousands of users
- Handles billions in transaction volume
- Is Sweden's largest marketplace for wellness and benefits
- Is now expanding to several new countries
We help users do everything from utilizing their wellness allowance in our marketplace to understanding their compensation in cases such as parental leave. Our customers range from private companies to municipalities, regions, and state-owned enterprises.
Our Tech Stack
We are building new with modern technologies:
- Claude Code
- .NET 10 & C#
- Microservice and event-driven architecture
- Azure SQL
- Azure Service Bus with MassTransit
- Microsoft Azure (full cloud platform)
- React & TypeScript (frontend)
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of experience in development in similar environments
- Is very strong in .NET and C#
- Sees Claude Code as a powerful boost to your productivity – not as a replacement for your technical understanding
- Can read, analyze, and take responsibility for all delivered code, regardless of whether it was written by you or generated with AI support
- Has extensive experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
- Has strong personal drive and solves problems independently
- Keeps up with modern system development
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing (professional level)
Meritorious:
- Experience with React
- Experience with TypeScript
