About the role

SJR Interim Management is currently looking for a PMO Consultant for a business-critical and strategically important assignment with our client in Bromma. For approximately 12 months (parental leave cover), you will play a central role in maintaining the PMO structure, supporting decision-making forums, and driving projects close to the business at the intersection of business and IT. This is a role for you who thrives in a hybrid function where governance, structure, and operational execution meet. You will become a key figure in an ongoing transformation journey, responsible for ensuring that portfolios, methodologies, and strategic initiatives are translated into clear and measurable results.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the executive team, business area managers, and digital/IT functions, becoming a central link between strategy and operational delivery.

• Lead and coordinate the PMO and TAB, ensuring structure in project intake and decision-making materials
• Drive and quality-assure gate processes (Feasibility & Execution Readiness)
• Responsible for and further develop the project portfolio (Master Portfolio)
• Lead the implementation and evaluation of patient support pilots and develop a scalable business model
• Overall responsibility for the Digital Customer Journey program
• Coordinate local deliveries related to Strategy Plan 2030 and digital strategy
• Drive or support new strategic initiatives and business development projects
• Design and implement change management plans, including communication and training materials
• Facilitate workshops and create alignment between business and IT

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working as a PMO or project manager and who are confident in senior environments and accustomed to driving complex transformation initiatives from start to finish. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who fits the following profile:

• At least 7 years of experience in management consulting or senior project/program management
• Documented experience in establishing or leading a PMO
• Strong background in digital and IT-adjacent projects
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete plans with a clear focus on results
• Extensive experience in change management and transformation programs
• Experience from MedTech or Life Science is a plus

You build trust, communicate clearly, and have an easy time engaging senior stakeholders. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and dare to challenge when necessary. Furthermore, you are a good and pleasant colleague who contributes to a positive atmosphere. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
