You will step into a business within pensions, life insurance, and banking that is in the midst of a comprehensive implementation of the standard system Lumera. Here, the assignment involves translating business needs into clear requirements that can be realized in development, while avoiding unnecessary customer-specific adaptations in the standard system.

You will become an important part of a larger change journey where the goal is to modernize working methods, support migrations, and create more digital customer journeys for both private individuals and companies. You will work in an agile environment together with, among others, an Epic Owner, architects, and product owners, focusing on creating clarity regarding needs, value, and priorities for different product groups. This is a role for you who wants to combine business understanding with requirements work in a complex environment where you have significant influence over both the solution and the working methods.

• You drive the requirements work for different product groups related to the implementation of Lumera.
• You clarify needs and expected business value from, among others, legal, product, and distribution teams.
• You translate business needs into requirements that the team and development organization can take forward and realize.
• You lead workshops and investigations to create alignment, structure, and progress.
• You collaborate closely with the Epic Owner, architects, product owners, and other key persons in the organization.
• You contribute to minimizing customer-specific adaptations in the standard system and support work towards more sustainable solutions.
• You help develop working methods within agile requirements management and contribute to improvements in how requirements are captured, prioritized, and anchored.

• Experience with Lumera.
• Extensive insurance competence within several product groups within pensions and life insurance.
• Extensive experience in requirements analysis and system analysis.
• Experience in leading and driving work within requirements and investigations.
• Experience with agile requirements management and system development.
• Good proficiency in workshop facilitation.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in requirements work with customer documents, for example via Metaforce.
