About the Role

• Handle and coordinate IT-related support cases within the business
• Act as the link between users, operations, and central IT functions
• Work with license management, follow-up, and optimization of license usage
• Participate in integration and migration projects during company acquisitions
• Order and coordinate technical equipment for new employees and operations
• Provide support regarding software installation, mobile phones, and user accounts
• Handle cases within the service desk and function as a qualified support function
• Contribute to structuring processes, documentation, and working methods
• Support user onboarding and offboarding in the long term
• Participate in upcoming IT migrations involving on-site work at operations

Requirements for the Position

• At least two years of experience from service desk, IT administration, system responsibility, or first/second-line support
• Upper secondary IT education, vocational education (YH), or equivalent work experience
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and ability to travel for work

Merits

• Experience from larger organizations or corporate environments
• Post-secondary education in IT
• Experience in IT-related project management
• Knowledge of or experience with ITIL
• Experience with license management and user administration

You must therefore be comfortable making calls, holding dialogues, and expressing yourself well in writing.
