You will step into a socially important authority environment where self-developed products are used in a large and complex IT environment with approximately 30,000 users. Here, quality is a central part of the delivery, and you will play a key role in ensuring that the solutions work stably, clearly, and reliably in everyday life.

You will work closely with a development team and contribute with technical testing, test automation, and manual testing. The role also involves supporting the planning and coordination of testing work and being involved throughout the entire development process. You thrive in collaboration with developers, requirements analysts, and the business side, and you enjoy translating needs into well-thought-out test scenarios. • You create and further develop test scenarios in close collaboration with the development team.
• You work practically with test automation and complement with manual testing where it yields the best results.
• You evaluate test results and make them understandable for different target groups.
• You contribute to the planning and coordination of testing work to support the team's deliveries in each sprint.
• You actively participate in the team's agile way of working, for example in sprint planning, demos, and daily stand-ups.
• You collaborate with other teams and initiatives affected by the solutions.
• You are involved in the entire development process and contribute with your own initiatives to drive quality forward.

• At least 4 years of documented experience working as a tester or within quality assurance. The experience must have been acquired within the last 8 years.
• Documented experience from at least 1 assignment involving test automation. The experience must have been acquired within the last 4 years, and the assignment must have had a duration of at least 1 year.
• Documented experience from at least 1 assignment where the work was conducted in an agile manner.
• Documented experience in active system development, including coding and implementation, as well as the ability to write, read, and analyze production code. The experience must have been acquired within the last 3 years.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Experience working with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience working with Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience working in security-classified operations.
• Experience testing iOS applications.
• Experience testing within regulation-driven EU projects.
• Experience with test automation using Java within the last 4 years.
