The role combines test management, requirements management, and agile leadership. You work closely with both the business and development teams, coaching on working methods and creating structure in an area where traceability, regulatory compliance, and information security are central. • You plan, lead, and follow up on testing throughout the entire delivery.
• You coach development teams and business stakeholders in agile working methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• You drive requirements management and produce requirements documentation, user stories, use cases, as well as functional and non-functional requirements.
• You facilitate workshops for requirements gathering together with the business and development teams.
• You ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and delivery.
• You create, document, and maintain test cases based on requirements.
• You perform technical tests and are responsible for the execution of test cases.
• You document and report test results, deviations, and improvement needs.
• You lead and support system testing and acceptance testing.
• You contribute to continuous improvement in requirements, testing, and change management.

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Test Manager.
• At least 5 years of experience documenting test cases based on requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• At least 3 years of experience conducting technical tests.
• Very good experience in reviewing requirements and quality-assuring testability.
• Very good experience in leading, coaching, and training employees within testing.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT work within highly regulated businesses with high security value.
• Very good experience in working and leading according to agile working methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent.
• Good experience with testing tools, such as Xray or similar.
• Certification according to ISTQB Foundation.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of IT and information security related to requirements and testing work.
• Good experience in technical system administration leadership in a government authority.
• Good experience in requirements management within both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Good experience in planning and facilitating workshops for requirements gathering.
• Good experience in working with user stories and use cases.
• Good experience in working with change management and quality assurance.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• At least 10 years of experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing strategies for test automation.
