Your Role

Do you want to help develop advanced technology that protects our fighter pilots and strengthens Sweden's defense capability? Here, you work on solutions that make a real difference – both for society and for the pilot who, in critical situations, relies on the technology functioning flawlessly.

As a Senior Developer, you will become a central part of the development of our EW systems (Electronic Warfare systems). The focus is on systems that generate electronic jamming to confuse and neutralize incoming threats in real-time.

You will become part of a team with high technical competence working close to the hardware in embedded systems. The culture here is characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and an open climate where you have the opportunity to influence both technical choices and working methods.

In the role, you will:

• Develop performance-critical software in C++ for advanced embedded systems
• Develop automated test cases in Java to verify functionality and reliability
• Work with systems engineering and document design and implementation
• Optimize and improve code with a focus on robustness, efficiency, and longevity
• Debug and analyze complex technical problems and develop sustainable solutions
• Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality
• Collaborate in agile teams and contribute to both the planning and execution of development work

You will primarily work in C++, where we also use AI-based tools as support to streamline the development process and improve the quality of our deliverables.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have strong technical drive and want to use your skills in a context where what you build has a clear purpose. You are analytical, curious, and thrive on solving complex problems together with others.

You have:

• At least ten years of experience in C++ development
• Some years of experience in Java development
• A degree in Computer Science, Technical Physics, Electronics, or equivalent
• Experience in hardware-oriented programming and embedded systems
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Knowledge in signal processing or radar systems
