About the role
Academic Work is recruiting a Recruiter for our client in the Västerås/Eskilstuna area. This is a full-time position starting in July, initially running until mid-December with the possibility of extension.
We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational and fast-paced recruitment role, responsible for recruiting for all four of our client's offices in Örebro, Norrköping, Västerås, and Eskilstuna. Travel occurs one day a week to Västerås/Eskilstuna, depending on your base location, as well as to nearby cities for interviews and operational collaboration when needed.
Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for sales positions – from screening to signed employment contracts. This includes handling selection, phone interviews, in-depth interviews, assessment of test results, reference checks, potential background checks, and the administration of employment contracts.
You work in close dialogue with the sales managers but are expected to independently drive and own the processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, making independent decisions, and staying ahead of the business's needs. Recruitment happens continuously throughout the year, and your focus will be on proactively ensuring there are candidates in the pipeline for upcoming training starts and vacancies.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least one year of work experience in recruitment and driving full recruitment processes from start to finish
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is used in daily work
- Has completed post-secondary education from a university/college in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Behavioral Science, etc.)
It is an advantage if you:
- Have work experience in volume recruitment, preferably within sales/customer service
- Have experience with search

Our recruitment process

The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role, as well as to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
