We are now looking for an experienced Technical Property Manager for a consulting assignment starting in August, with an estimated duration of 3–6 months. The position is based in Stockholm, and travel to other locations is included.

About the Assignment

You will be responsible for the management of industrial buildings and workshop facilities, with a focus on operational optimization and long-term, planned maintenance. This role is suitable for someone with a genuine interest in technical properties who thrives on developing and streamlining operations in complex environments. The role involves regular travel to various sites within the management area.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Responsible for the technical management of industrial buildings and workshop facilities
• Drive projects within energy, maintenance, and technical development
• Work with operational optimization to ensure efficient and well-functioning property operations
• Plan and follow up on maintenance efforts according to established maintenance plans
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure well-functioning properties
• Conduct regular travel to properties within the management area

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in technical property management, preferably within industrial, workshop, or production properties
• A strong interest in operational optimization and long-term maintenance
• Experience working systematically with maintenance planning
• Experience in project management, contract law, and LOU/AFF (Swedish public procurement acts)
• Knowledge of energy and sustainability issues within real estate
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
