Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for all phases of the project – from calculation and planning to final delivery and financial follow-up. You play a central role as the "hub of the wheel", coordinating all parts of the project and ensuring that work flows efficiently. The role is operational and requires great commitment and presence, as you report to the CEO and you have close collaboration at all levels. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and drive projects within industry, process, and piping/HVAC installations
• Act as the hub of the wheel between customers, electricians, fitters, carpenters, and subcontractors
• Responsible for planning, resource allocation, and keeping track of personnel in projects
• Ensure schedules, material procurement, and project economics
• Work with documentation, follow-up, and self-inspections
• Identify risks and solve problems along the way
• Report to management

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a structured and responsible leader with a good ability to keep many threads going at the same time. You thrive in the role as the hub of the wheel and have a natural drive to plan, follow up, and create order in projects. You are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with both colleagues and customers. Qualifications:

• Experience as a project manager within industry, piping, HVAC, or technical contracting
• Advantage if you have worked practically within HVAC previously
• Experience in project planning, economics, and documentation
• Ability to lead personnel and maintain structure in projects
• Good technical understanding
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
