To our team in Stockholm, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take a central role in driving and developing industrial investment projects. Here, you will work closely with our clients on assignments ranging from early feasibility studies to implementation and handover. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in complex environments where collaboration, structure, and technical understanding are crucial for creating successful projects and long-term value for the customer.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Project Manager at Rejlers, you will have the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary projects within industry, manufacturing, energy, and other process-related operations. The projects vary in scope and complexity, from large investment projects to strategic development initiatives where you are responsible for creating structure, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring progress throughout the project's lifecycle.
In this role, you will among other things:
- Lead and coordinate industrial investment projects from feasibility study to implementation and handover.
- Be responsible for the project schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external suppliers.
- Drive technical investigations, project planning, and decision-making materials.
- Ensure efficient communication between the customer, project organization, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in tenders, contract management, and project control.
- Contribute to developing long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
You will work closely with both customers and colleagues in assignments where technical understanding, business acumen, and clear leadership make a difference to the project's success.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for you who have a structured and business-minded approach and who thrive in a role with significant responsibility and many contact surfaces. You are confident in your project management role and have experience navigating complex project environments where multiple disciplines, suppliers, and stakeholders need to be coordinated towards common goals. As a person, we believe you are communicative, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You build trust through clear leadership and have the ability to create engagement among both customers and project teams.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Relevant technical university or civil engineering degree.
- Several years of experience in project management within industrial investment projects.
- Experience leading larger multidisciplinary projects and project teams.
- Experience driving projects through several project phases, from feasibility study and design to implementation and handover.
- Experience from manufacturing industry, process industry, energy, or similar industrial environments.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
It is meritorious if you also have experience with EPCM projects, work in both greenfield and brownfield environments, project management certification such as PMP or equivalent, knowledge of contract forms such as ABK09, FIDIC, or NEC, and Swedish language skills. Previous experience from consultancy work is also an advantage.
WHAT YOU GET
Here, you will have the opportunity to work in technically challenging projects together with knowledgeable colleagues from several different technical areas. We believe in learning as a natural part of everyday life, and you will have the opportunity to develop through varied assignments, close collaboration with experienced specialists, and significant personal responsibility.
You will become part of a context where knowledge sharing, collaboration, and quality permeate the way of working. Here you have the freedom to influence how you drive your assignments while having support from colleagues and leaders when you need it.
For those who wish to continue developing, there are also good opportunities to gradually take greater responsibility, for example within business development, mentoring, assignment leadership, or team-leading roles. Whether you want to deepen your role as a project manager or grow further as a leader, you will have the opportunity to shape your development based on your ambitions.
At Rejlers, learning, responsibility, and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. This is how we develop our employees, our customers, and our business - together.
