Administrator at Pionjären – Are you our next key person?

About the role

Pionjären is now looking for an administrator who wants to become an important part of our operations. You will have a central role in daily work and serve as a natural contact point for tenants, suppliers, and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order and structure, thrives with many contact points, and wants to contribute to developing the business together with us.

Your responsibilities

In the role of administrator, you will, among other things, work with:

  • Customer reception and daily contact with tenants
  • Handling of fault reports and service cases
  • Administration regarding rentals as well as move-ins and move-outs
  • Management of key systems and receipts
  • Drafting of rental agreements
  • Supplier and customer accounts
  • Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Support to the CEO and property manager in ongoing operations
  • Development of the company's service functions and administrative processes
  • Other administrative tasks that contribute to a well-functioning business

We are looking for someone who has

  • High school education with a focus on economics or equivalent
  • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Administrative work
  • Financial administration and invoice processing
  • Customer service or customer contact
  • English in speech and writing
