You will step into a business-close controller role in a technologically advanced industrial environment with connections to nuclear services. Here, you will work closely with the business to create clarity in the financial development for local operations and business areas, in collaboration with both local and global functions.

The role combines analysis, reporting, and control with a clear focus on quality, structure, and improvement. You contribute to matters concerning results, balance sheets, KPIs, and project monitoring, while also helping to develop more efficient and digital financial processes. This is an opportunity for you who want to combine deep financial analysis with concrete impact on the management and development of the business.

• You analyze P&L, balance sheet items, and relevant financial KPIs.
• You monitor revenue recognition, gross profit, cash flow, SG&A, and absorption.
• You present financial status clearly and transparently to management.
• You work with month-end closing, budget, and forecast for local operations and business areas.
• You handle project controller-related tasks and support monitoring in projects.
• You collaborate with Business Administration, commercial functions, as well as local and global stakeholders in financial matters.
• You contribute to the development and digitalization of financial processes.

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial education.
• Very good skills in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Ability to be present on-site.

• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
• Experience in project controlling.
• Experience from industrial, international, or security-sensitive operations.
