About the role
As a payroll specialist with us, you work with the entire payroll process for our clients. You will have a varied daily routine while enjoying freedom with responsibility and opportunities to develop in your professional role.
You will maintain close contact with both clients and colleagues, serving as a key advisor on matters regarding payroll, collective agreements, and personnel administration. We are also curious about future ways of working and actively explore how AI and digital tools can help us work smarter, streamline processes, and create even more value for our clients. This position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Poolia and you will be employed directly by our client in Linköping. All questions regarding the position are answered by recruitment consultant Jens Uhr.
What you will do
- Ensure accurate payroll runs
- Handle employer certificates and other personnel-related documents
- Interpret and work with various collective agreements
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and benefits
- Report to and communicate with authorities
- Conduct holiday calculations
- Assist clients with payroll-related questions
- Contribute ideas and improvements to develop our working methods
Who are you?
We believe you are someone who likes order and structure, but is also unpretentious and enjoys collaborating with others.
You have:
- Education or experience within payroll
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding payroll, tax, pension, holidays, and labor law
- A structured work approach and an eye for detail
- A genuine interest in service and enjoy customer contact
- Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good system proficiency and feel comfortable in various payroll systems
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
