Job Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you will be offered a varied role with many different tasks within the HR administrative field. You will interact with various authorities, managers, administrators, and employees. Your duties will include, among other things, payroll issues, statistics, follow-up, personnel archives, and certificates. You will play a key role in various personnel systems.
In addition to these administrative tasks, you will collaborate closely with the municipality's recruitment administrators and HR consultants. Tasks involving staffing or other duties may also become part of the role.
Qualifications
It is an advantage if you have experience working with payroll and labor law issues, have administrative experience using Visma Personec P, and possess knowledge of the various personnel systems used in the municipality (Winlas, Hypergene, etc.).
As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to the development of the HR field.

Employment Terms
- Salary: Monthly salary.
- Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
- Duration: 6 months or longer. Start date: 2026-06-29 (subject to agreement), End date: 2027-05-30.
- Working Hours: Daytime. The position is primarily scheduled Monday - Friday, but some weekend work may occur on rare occasions.
If you are considered for employment, the employer will request a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). The Municipal Executive Board has decided that all new hires must present a criminal record extract before employment. The required extract is for work within schools or preschools.
