We are looking for mechanical designers for several exciting companies in the Linköping area. Here you will find opportunities for both those with experience in design and those who have recently completed a degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, product development, CAD design, or mechatronics and wish to take the next step in their career.

You are also of great interest if you have worked in production or manufacturing industry and subsequently further educated yourself in design, CAD, or a related field. Practical experience with products, manufacturing processes, and production environments is often a valuable asset in the role of a designer.

As a mechanical designer, you might work with:

• Design and development of mechanical components and products
• Creation of 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation
• Improvement and further development of existing products and systems
• Material selection and adaptation for manufacturing
• Technical problem solving and product improvements
• Collaboration with production, quality, purchasing, and other technical functions
• Participation in development projects from concept to finished product

We are looking for you who have:

• A university, master of science, or university college degree in mechanical engineering, product development, CAD design, mechatronics, or a corresponding field
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience in mechanical design is meritorious. Experience from production, manufacturing, or other industrial operations is also seen as valuable. Knowledge of CAD tools and product development processes is also meritorious.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, taking into account any notice period
