Your Role

We are now looking for a Senior Production Planner focused on planning and coordinating the production of complex systems and products within the defense industry. As a Senior Production Planner, you will plan the manufacturing of circuit boards in both the short and long term. You will collaborate closely with production managers as well as other functions within production management. In addition, you will contribute to continuously improving methods and working practices within the planning process.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan production for circuit boards and circuit board testing
• Ensure efficient planning based on capacity in the short and long term
• Drive and contribute to continuous improvements within the planning process and the flow in production

Your Profile

Since the role has a broad internal network, good collaboration skills, openness, and a curious attitude towards change and improvement are important.

Qualifications:

• Relevant post-secondary education (e.g., in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or as a university engineer), or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in production planning or similar logistics roles within the manufacturing industry.
• Pre-knowledge of the business system IFS is an advantage.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position requires you to undergo and pass security clearance according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
