You will work on designing automated test environments, improving test processes, and further developing CI/CD flows so that testing becomes a natural, stable, and efficient part of the development chain. You will collaborate closely with development, testing, and business teams, contributing experience that helps the organization drive change within the testing area. • You design and build automated test environments that are scalable, stable, and adapted to the business's needs.
• You develop and improve test automation strategies and shape working methods that strengthen quality and efficiency.
• You implement and further develop CI/CD flows to create smoother and more reliable deliveries.
• You automate test flows and drive initiatives that reduce manual work and increase the quality of testing.
• You contribute to change and transformation work within the testing area in larger organizations.
• You collaborate closely with development, testing, and business teams to ensure high quality in deliveries.

• Documented senior experience in test automation.
• At least 8 years of experience in designing and building automated test environments.
• Documented experience in setting up and developing CI/CD solutions.
• Very good experience in automating test flows.
• Experience with transformation work within the testing area in larger operations or organizations.
• Good communication skills in Swedish.

• Experience in using AI within the testing area.
• Experience in driving change work and establishing modern test automation processes in larger organizations.
