Stadsdel Norr is a preschool with space for 72 children. We are looking for two substitute preschool teachers on a 100% basis, starting August 17th, for a period of 6 to 12 months.

Our preschool is an inspiring workplace where we put the child at the center. We work in a process-oriented manner to make children's learning visible and use pedagogical documentation as a tool. We operate on the premise that all children can and want to learn, and that they are given an environment where they have the opportunity to use and develop their competence.

We work strongly on collaboration and everyone's opportunity to participate, both children and educators. The preschool's learning environments are important; they are changeable and open, contributing to an enjoyable and challenging education.

Qualifications

Requirements

• You are a licensed preschool teacher.
• Previous experience working in a preschool.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language and good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.

Merits

• Knowledge of the preschool's steering documents and the ability to implement them in daily work.
• Good computer skills.

You have a natural ability to build good relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians, and you see collaboration as an important part of the pedagogical work.

As a co-researching educator, you meet the children's curiosity with engagement and a desire to explore together. You are proactive and confident in your leadership, and you take responsibility for driving the operations forward and contributing to a safe, fun, and educational everyday life. With good judgment and a reflective approach, you make wise decisions in daily work and contribute to positive development for both children and the work team.

How the recruitment process works

In this recruitment, we will ask you for an extract from the criminal record register.

Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis. We would like you to attach your CV and a cover letter to your application. Grades/certificates do not need to be sent with the application. We ask you to complete these if an interview becomes relevant.
