As a study supervisor, your role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching together with the teacher. You view it as a success to meet students based on their diversity and see the benefits of collaborating with colleagues. You work to ensure that all students reach their full potential and serve as a linguistic support in all teaching.

Responsibilities

As a study supervisor, you assist our teachers in their teaching, but you may also have your own groups where you prepare or follow up on an individual level based on planned teaching. You want to develop the supervision and teaching of students while being engaged and accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility. You need to be able to adapt the teaching to the students to best support their knowledge development. Some documentation and administration are also included.

We are looking for one or more persons with the following language skills:

Filipino 5%

Latvian 10%

Ukrainian 5%

Qualifications

We prefer that you have post-secondary pedagogical education and experience working with students, children, and/or adults. Very good documented knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement (both spoken and written), as the work involves daily contact with Swedish-speaking colleagues. Naturally, you master Filipino, Latvian, and/or Ukrainian at a very advanced level.

Personal Attributes

You are a creative and inspiring educator who has a good understanding of how students acquire knowledge. You are clear and meticulous and have the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively. Your starting point is that people have different prerequisites, which you can adapt your communication to. You have a warm demeanor and enjoy working flexibly under clear responsibility.

The salary range for this position is 25,789 - 27,806 SEK.
