Your Responsibilities

As a consultant with us, you will have a daily routine filled with variety, development, and significant personal responsibility. The role is flexible and shaped largely based on your experience, interests, and our customers' needs. You work closely with our customers throughout the entire process – from understanding their needs to designing, implementing, and further developing sustainable IT solutions.

In this role, you may work within various parts of modern IT infrastructure, for example, related to cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, or within more traditional data center solutions. Depending on your background, the work may also include designing, implementing, and further developing VMware environments, working with troubleshooting and optimization, or contributing to the management of customers' IT environments.

You participate in projects and assignments where you sometimes have an advisory role, conduct analyses or workshops, and collaborate with both colleagues, architects, and sales teams to create great solutions. At Atea, there are excellent opportunities to continue developing through knowledge sharing, training, and certifications over time.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience within IT and wish to continue developing in a role with both variety and responsibility. You can be a specialist in one area or have a broader background – the most important thing for us is your attitude and your willingness to grow.

As a person, you enjoy working closely with others, both customers and colleagues, and you have a solution-oriented approach to work. You are curious about new technology and enjoy developing alongside changes in yourself and the world around you. We value that you take responsibility in your work, contribute to a positive team climate, and are willing to share your knowledge.

It is an advantage if you have experience with, for example, Microsoft cloud services or work within data centers and virtualization, but the most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in IT and a desire to continue developing together with us.
