More schools and preschools are now, through our partners, looking for more pedagogical heroes who want to work as substitutes in our operations in Arlöv and Åkarp.

About the assignment

We are looking for staff for both short and long-term substitute positions (from 4 hours up to 100%) within the following areas:

• Area A: Preschools (children aged 1–5 years).
• Area B: Primary and secondary school (F–9), adapted school, high school unit, leisure center, and adult education (Komvux).

We are looking for you who are:

• Certified Pedagogue: You have a degree as a teacher, preschool teacher, or youth worker.
• Non-certified Substitute/Student Assistant: You have other pedagogical education, subject knowledge, or documented experience working with children and young people.

Your qualities and competencies

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have good teamwork skills and can easily join an existing work group.
• Can express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing.
• Have good digital competence.
• Have knowledge of how to meet the needs of children and students with different requirements.
• Follow current laws and regulations, including confidentiality.

Your tasks

The work involves standard tasks for the respective professional category. This includes, among other things:

• Teaching and pedagogical work.
• Recess activities and support during social interactions.
• Pedagogical lunch on some days.
• As a student assistant, you support students in their learning and social context.

Practical information

• Working hours: Vary depending on the operation, but can be between 06:00 and 22:00 (most common until 18:30).
• Response time: In case of urgent need, you are expected to be on site within 60 minutes.
• Requirements: To work with us, a clean criminal record extract, valid certification, and completed introductory training are required.
