About the role
As Sales Manager at Svenska Cater, you lead a team of approximately 15 people in both inside and outside sales. You are responsible for creating structure, energy, and direction in the daily sales work while staying close to the business yourself.
You coach, follow up, drive sales meetings, and serve as a key support in major deals and contracts. You help shape marketing activities and actively contribute to how the business develops forward.
This is a role for you who wants to combine strategic thinking with operational presence.
Examples of tasks:
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
- Drive sales meetings and follow up on results
- Actively support major deals and contract negotiations
- Build and develop customer relationships, including with established chains
- Work with follow-up and analysis (BI systems)
- Participate in marketing activities
- Accompany outside sales representatives and stay close to the customer
The position is located in Luleå, with some time also spent in Skellefteå.
