Personal Assistant Sought for Active Young Man in Katrineholm

For you who enjoy movement and want to make a difference

We are looking for a committed and reliable personal assistant for a young man living in Katrineholm. The position covers approximately 35% and suits you if you thrive in an active role where you make a significant difference in another person's daily life.

The client loves being active, and cycling is one of his greatest interests. Therefore, many and often longer rides on a tandem bicycle are part of the job. The bike is equipped with an electric motor, but the work still requires you to have good physical fitness and enjoy being outdoors and moving around.

Once a week, the client participates in horse riding. Therefore, you should not have any allergies to horses or feel uncomfortable around them, as you will help out in connection with the riding activity, including leading the horse if necessary. There is also a cat in the home.

The duties otherwise consist of active supervision, support with personal hygiene, and help with daily chores at home.

Working Hours

Work shifts are scheduled for afternoons and evenings on:

• Mondays
• Every other Tuesday
• Weekends

We are looking for you who

• Are calm, secure, and responsible
• Have a low-affective and respectful approach
• Can maintain calm even in challenging situations
• Have good physical fitness and appreciate an active job

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Autism
• Epilepsy

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Employment type: Part-time 35%

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other benefits according to collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement. Introduction is planned during the spring to be ready for the summer.

Work in the home of elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to register control according to the Act (2026:43) on register control when working in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities. The law applies from March 1, 2026. In support of the law, we as a company have a policy to request extracts from the criminal record register in connection with new hires.
