We are now strengthening our wonderful team in Valla with two additional assistants. The working hours are a combination of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are looking for you who are calm and energetic. Our client is active and enjoys being outdoors, so you must have good physical fitness. To ensure the client understands you, you need to be clear in your communication.

Since the client lives in Valla, you need a driver's license and access to a car to commute to work, unless you already live in Valla. Public transport schedules do not work for this position.

There is a cat in the home, so you must not be allergic to cats.

In addition to the above, the following are meritorious:

  • Experience working within healthcare
  • Experience with epilepsy
  • Experience with autism and low-affective interaction

Work in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to register checks according to the Act (2026:43) on Register Checks for Work in the Homes of Elderly Persons or Adults with Disabilities. The law applies from March 1, 2026. In support of this law, we as a company have a policy to request extracts from the criminal record register in connection with new hires. The register check is carried out as a final step in the recruitment process and is part of our overall suitability assessment.
