As a Family Home Secretary, you are the hub between the placing social worker and our foster families. You are responsible for monitoring how the foster homes are functioning and for matching and finding suitable foster families. You will visit our foster homes regularly, which makes a driver's license an absolute requirement. Documentation and investigation of potential foster families are important parts of your duties. You collaborate with social workers. In rare cases of acute situations, but mostly for planned interventions, collaboration with social workers is crucial.

Qualifications

• A degree in Social Work (Socionom) is highly desirable, otherwise education assessed by the employer as equivalent.
• A driver's license is an absolute requirement.
