We are now looking for a driven team leader for the Adult Unit, with a focus on social assistance and FUT (incorrect payments).
HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Team Leader for Social Assistance and FUT, you have a central and versatile role where you combine close, coaching leadership with strategic development. You become the employees' closest supervisor, and your daily work largely involves leading and distributing daily tasks, leading case processing, and being available as a secure support in client work. You guide the team through investigations, assessments, and difficult decision-making within the framework of public authority duties. You also have an important task in introducing new employees so that they become comfortable and independent in their roles.
The unit has a broad and important area of responsibility that, in addition to social assistance and FUT, also covers harmful use and addiction, as well as violence in close relationships. In your role as Team Leader, you drive operational development forward together with the Unit Manager. This means you create and implement new working methods that follow our overarching goals, while drawing inspiration from the outside through environmental scanning and networking. Together with the Unit Manager, you have a major responsibility for engaging, motivating, and inspiring employees towards renewal, with a focus on achieving the unit's goals and maintaining high quality in social work.
