We are currently looking for a Treatment Specialist. As a specialist with us, you will give lectures, lead group sessions and individual conversations, and maintain contact with social services and other external parties. You will work as part of a team with other specialists under the guidance of a treatment coordinator. You will take a holistic approach to the individuals placed under your care throughout their entire stay. This involves conducting weekly meetings and motivational interviews, writing implementation plans, monthly reports, and discharge reports for the client. You will support the individual throughout their stay, accompanying them to the gym, doctor's appointments, and weekend activities, cooking meals, and assisting with cleaning and other daily tasks.

To succeed in this role, you must be a stable adult, responsible, enjoy working in a team, be flexible, and able to set clear boundaries.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a woman who is educated in behavioral sciences, such as a behavioral scientist, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or has other education deemed equivalent.

Education and/or experience in the 12-step method, Motivational Interviewing (MI), CBT, TMO, relapse prevention, ASI, ESL, and meditation/mindfulness is considered a merit.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

For this position, we require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the police register). A valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.

Other Information:

Working hours vary between 07:00–22:30, with every other weekend scheduled. We offer collective agreements, supervision, and wellness benefits.

Apply by July 12th. We have scheduled interviews during week 30. The position is available from September 1st. We apply a six-month probation period.
