Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association that provides social therapeutic LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Functional Impairments) activities for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen.

It is also important that you take responsibility for your tasks and are not afraid to ask questions when needed.

Qualifications: You must have a nursing or care education, or equivalent. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication. Computer skills and a valid driver's license (Category B) are mandatory.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) as well as experience working with individuals with functional impairments is considered a merit.

Responsibilities include supporting, motivating, and stimulating the residents' own ability to perform daily activities, as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the job.

Working hours: Scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duty with overnight stays.
