About Us

Linden Health Centre is centrally located in Katrineholm, adjacent to Kullbergska Hospital, with a five-minute walk to the train station. The health centre comprises a reception with doctors, district nurses, nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a rehabilitation coordinator, psychotherapist, psychologist, social worker, dietitian, and child health services.

We offer a good introduction, regular external supervision, and care that you will thrive and develop together with us. For the benefit of both patients and staff, we strive to work in close collaboration with other professions at the health centre.

Here, you will have a varied job involving patients of all ages. We are constantly working to improve our work both within our professional group and in collaboration with other professions.

Your Responsibilities

Primary care is the first line of health and medical care for mild to moderate mental ill-health and is focused on limited mental health problems.

Your role involves receiving patients and conducting psychosocial assessments within a broad patient group. We treat, among other things, mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders, as well as stress-related ill-health, crisis reactions, and lifestyle issues. In addition to individual counseling, you are responsible for group therapy and virtual contacts.

Additionally, you will provide advice, triage, and refer patients to other levels of care.

You will participate in teamwork regarding patients and in development projects within the organization, where you are expected to contribute a psychosocial perspective. You will also provide consultation to nurses and doctors as needed.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed healthcare social worker (hälso- och sjukvårdskurator). You are a person with a professional attitude that puts the patient first, have good collaboration skills, a welcoming manner, and are stimulated by development. It is an advantage if you have basic training in psychotherapy.

Great importance is attached to personal qualities and suitability.
