About the Role

This is not your average first-line job. Yes, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, but with us, it involves much more variation than the title suggests.

One day you might guide a customer through a technical issue, and the next day you work on administration, case follow-up, or troubleshooting that requires a bit more from you. Simple cases and more complex ones are mixed, and you are expected to handle both. This is what makes the role developmental.

You register, administer, and drive cases forward in our systems, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Register and administer cases in the system
• Troubleshoot and guide customers in our services
• Prioritize and follow up cases to completion
• Work structured in a high-volume and varied case flow

Who are you?

You thrive in an environment where things happen quickly, but you do not lose your structure. You are used to juggling multiple cases in parallel and are motivated by actually solving problems, not just forwarding them.

We believe you:

• have experience in customer service or support
• work carefully and structured even at a high pace
• are confident and professional in contact with customers
• have good computer literacy
• communicate fluently in Swedish
