During the summer, we have an extra high number of guests traveling with us. Therefore, we are currently looking for seasonal staff at approximately 50–70% with immediate start until August 31, 2026 for our Check-in departments; Travel and Freight at the terminal in Karlskrona. Training starts in May according to agreement.

Are you a service-oriented person who is passionate about giving that little extra and leaving the guest with a smile on their lips? As an employee in our Check-in operations, you are an important part of the guest's first impression before their journey with us and the face of Stena Line. Here you will work with guest service in various ways with the goal of making every guest feel welcome and confident that they are getting a fantastic start to their journey. The role involves working with our guests in both Freight and Travel.

Some areas of responsibility:

• Check-in of trucks and cargo as goods, pallets, and loose trailers
• Handling of waiting lists, mail, and lists/summaries to different departments within the operation
• Check-in and booking of private guests
• Administration of departures
• Handling of conference rooms, lockers, exchange machines, etc.
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere in the terminal

Your requirements:

• Have turned 18 years old
• Valid B driver's license
• High school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we have many international guests

For this position, we are looking for you who can work throughout the entire summer. We need to strengthen the operations while permanent staff are on vacation, which means we cannot grant vacation or longer leave during the employment period.
