We are looking for a sales-oriented Store Manager who is positive, outgoing, driven, and social. You are clear in your communication and a natural leader who supports your employees through coaching and feedback. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a leadership role within retail, preferably in the fashion industry. Post-secondary education in commerce, economics, or leadership is highly meritorious.

Fashion made to live in, simply put! As Store Manager at Kappahl, you are responsible for running the store in the best possible way and achieving sales targets.

You have a sales-oriented role and overall responsibility for all store functions, including personnel management. Scheduling, recruitment, planning, and leading changes in work routines within our framework for chain operations are part of the job duties.

The position is a fixed-term contract for 40 hours/week for 12 months, starting as agreed.
