As a Sales Site Manager at Ahlberg Bil in Karlshamn, you have overall responsibility for the entire facility, including sales, service and body shop, refueling and car wash, as well as spare parts. Your main focus is on leading and developing the team and driving sales forward, but you also have a strategic responsibility to ensure that all departments work towards common goals. You will collaborate closely with the Service Manager and the Body Shop Manager, who are responsible for the daily operations within service. Together, you ensure that customers receive a first-class experience throughout the entire customer journey – from sales to service and repair. In addition to your leadership role, you will be actively involved in car sales, where you participate in customer meetings, sell cars, build long-term relationships, and develop local business. Selling cars will be where you spend the majority of your time. You are also responsible for creating an attractive and welcoming facility where both customers and employees feel at home.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the sales team to optimize business and customer experience.
  • Actively work with customer processing and sales.
  • Have overall responsibility for sales, service and body shop, refueling and car wash, as well as spare parts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and Body Shop Manager to drive the entire facility forward.
  • Responsible for the facility's results, sales targets, turnover, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the premises are welcoming and represent our brand.
  • Have personnel responsibility and occupational health and safety responsibility for sales staff and operations managers.
  • Collaborate with central functions and report to the CEO.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a confident and results-oriented leader with a strong business drive. You have previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, and have worked in a leadership role where you have coached and developed teams. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have the ability to make quick decisions when needed.

  • Have documented experience in sales and leadership.
  • Are a relationship builder with high social competence.
  • Have a strong drive to develop both the business and employees.
  • Are unpretentious, present, and engaged in local operations and the local business community.
  • Have experience with result and budget responsibility.
  • Are flexible and willing to work some weekends if necessary.
  • Have a valid driver's license (manual) and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • We place great importance on your personal qualities and your commitment.

Scope, location, and other details

The position is full-time, with a probationary period. The location is Karlshamn.

A background check will be conducted before employment.

A certificate for insurance mediation needs to be ordered and approved before employment.
