We are looking for a structured and customer-focused Customer Order Administrator for a consultancy assignment with an international industrial company in Karlskrona. You will become part of an engaged team in an organization characterized by quality, professionalism, and a strong customer focus, playing a key role in the global order flow.
About the Role
As a Customer Order Administrator, you are responsible for handling customer orders from start to finish, ensuring they meet both customer requirements and internal procedures. The role is administrative and communicative, requiring a structured approach to work.
Responsibilities
You work with the entire order process – from registering customer orders in business systems to internal and external order confirmations. You plan and follow up on deliveries in collaboration with logistics and production to ensure delivery precision and inventory availability.
You are also responsible for delivery documentation, such as shipping documents, packing lists, and certificates, ensuring they meet current requirements. The role involves daily contact with customers and international offices regarding order status, deliveries, and changes.
Furthermore, you handle complaints and returns together with internal functions and contribute to solutions in case of discrepancies. You collaborate closely with logistics, production, procurement, and quality to ensure an efficient order flow, and may participate in contract-related tasks if needed.
You ensure that order data is registered correctly and contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators, such as delivery precision and discrepancies.
