What does the role offer?
As a salesperson at PS Energi, you are responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within your geographical area, primarily in Blekinge. The area stretches from Sölvesborg in the west, up to Torsås in the north, and further along the coast to the south.
You work with customers in agriculture, forestry, industry, and the construction sector. You sell fuel, lubricants, and vehicle care products. The business is built on long-term relationships, trust, and reliability. You become an important partner to customers in their daily operations.
A large part of the sales process takes place via phone, but the role also includes customer visits where you show interest in customers' businesses, identify needs, and build on relationships over time. You work actively with follow-ups, quotation work, and price discussions, driving your business forward in a structured, customer-care-oriented, and commercial manner.
In the role of salesperson, you will:
- Be responsible for sales and customer development within your geographical area
- Sell fuel, lubricants, and vehicle care products
- Work with both existing customers and new customer acquisition
- Have daily contact with customers via phone and digital channels
- Visit customers and create an understanding of their businesses and needs
- Work with quotations, follow-ups, and price discussions
- Plan and drive your sales work independently and in a structured manner
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, administration, and warehouse
You will be based out of the office in Karlskrona, but there is an opportunity to work partially from home. We prefer that you are resident in the area as the role relies on local presence and good knowledge of the market.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who thrive with sales and relationship building. You should be motivated by creating results through your own drive and long-term work. You enjoy doing business, following up, and finding new opportunities while having a genuine interest in customers' businesses.
To thrive in the role, we believe you have an interest in, for example, engines, machinery, agriculture, construction, lubricants, or technology, and enjoy understanding the products you sell and how they are used by the customer.
You have:
- Experience in sales, preferably B2B
- Ability to create trust and long-term relationships
- A structured work approach and habit of following up on your work
- Good communication skills and confidence in dialogues regarding price and business
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your results
- Category B driver's license
It is an advantage if you have experience from, for example, agriculture, construction, industry, vehicles, or related industries.
As a person, you are unpretentious, driven, and confident in taking personal responsibility. You like teamwork but are also self-reliant and used to planning your own daily routine. Perhaps you have a background in sports or club life where you have picked up a sense of discipline, cooperation, and the desire to win together with others.
