🌸 About the role

As Deputy Store Manager, you are the store manager's right-hand person and a key figure in the daily operations of the store. You lead, inspire, and coach the team towards common goals – always with the customer meeting, sales, and execution in focus. The role involves operational responsibility for the store's merchandise flow, operating routines, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You are involved in planning, follow-up, and execution – and step in as the responsible person in the store manager's absence.

Here, you will become part of an engaged, knowledgeable, and warm team driven by a passion for plants, service, and sales.

💐 Your main responsibilities

• Support the store manager in leading daily operations and ensuring the store meets its goals
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor store operations and sales
• Create an inspiring and sales-oriented environment for our customers
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through personal service and engaged leadership
• Ensure that routines, merchandise flows, and campaigns are executed as planned
• Coach and develop employees in their daily work
• Act as the occupational health and safety representative in the store manager's absence

• Has documented experience from retail and leadership
• Is passionate about sales, service, and great customer experiences
• Is confident in making decisions, leading others, and creating engagement within the team
• Understands store operations, KPIs, and efficient merchandise flow
• Is structured, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a genuine interest in plants and gardening – or wants to learn more
