Are you a service-oriented person looking for a summer job? We are now looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused person to join Nortics' support team. You will provide quick and professional assistance to Nortics' ticket buyers via phone and email.
About the role
As summer staff in ticket support, you will help ticket buyers with questions regarding tickets, events, bookings, and more. You will be the face of the service for ticket buyers and handle inquiries via phone, email, and the CRM system HubSpot. You will become part of a team working to solve customers' problems and provide them with a positive experience.
Responsibilities
In the role of ticket support, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need help with their tickets, both via phone and digital channels. Your tasks will be varied but focused on resolving customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to incoming support inquiries via email and phone
- Assist ticket buyers with questions about tickets, payments, deliveries, and refunds
- Document cases and solutions in the case management system
- Ensure that customer interactions maintain high quality and comply with GDPR
We are looking for someone who
Is communicative, has thick skin, and enjoys talking on the phone. Since the role involves a fair amount of recurring and structured tasks, it is important that you are detail-oriented and comfortable with a steady work pace.
Additionally, we look for:
- Good computer skills
- Experience working with the phone as the primary tool
- Ability to handle repetitive, structured tasks
- Are a student with at least one term remaining in your studies
It is an advantage if you have
- An interest in the events and technology sectors
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM
