About the role
Stena Line is currently seeking additional support for both of its check-in departments: passenger check-in and freight check-in.

Freight check-in primarily involves checking in trucks and cargo, including pallets and loose trailers. Administrative tasks include managing waiting lists, handling mail, and creating reports/lists for various departments within the operation.

Travel check-in primarily involves checking in and booking private guests. Administrative duties include monitoring and managing departures, handling mail, etc. The role also includes managing conference rooms, lockers, currency exchange machines, and creating a pleasant atmosphere in the terminal.

About you
We are looking for someone who is administrative, mature, confident, and solution-oriented, and who is attracted by the challenge of delivering excellent service to Stena Line's guests/drivers. You have the ability to see the customer's needs and always give guests "that little extra" and exceed their expectations.

We also value good team spirit, teamwork, and engagement. You learn quickly and approach your tasks with great care and a sense of responsibility. Flexibility and stress tolerance are required as you will work on a shift schedule with varying tasks.

Requirements for the role:

• You are administrative and detail-oriented.
• You have a valid B-driver's license.
• You have at least a high school education.
• At least one year of experience in service, the travel industry, logistics, or similar.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Polish is an asset.
• Good computer skills.
• OBS! For the employment form of this position, there is a requirement that you have another main occupation (at least 50%, e.g., studies or another job).

About the employment
The Check-in Employee position is a consultancy assignment on demand. The work is primarily performed early mornings, late evenings, and on weekends.

You will be employed by us at Adecco but work on-site at our client's premises. The hourly wage is always at least according to the agreements valid on the labor market. Holiday pay is added and paid out together with the salary. Work during evenings, weekends, and nights includes additional shift allowances according to the current collective agreement.
