About the job

Position type: Summer vacation substitute

Start date: As agreed, summer 2026

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends occur as a natural part of the work.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Working Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the Fish & Delicatessen department.

You put the finishing touches on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:

• Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or with new inspiration)
• Work with customer service and sales over the counter in our manual fish and delicatessen department
• Work with restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and cleanliness
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who likes speed and action. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in food and enjoy sharing tips and ideas? Super! If you have worked with fish & delicatessen before or are a trained cold buffet server – even better!

We believe that you:

• Master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and notice when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
