About the Role

As a Strategist in Security and Preparedness, you have overall responsibility for driving, developing, and ensuring the quality of the administration's work within information security, data protection, and preparedness planning. The role is located within the leadership and support staff and involves close collaboration with managers and employees throughout the organization.

You serve as a qualified support to the operations in translating legislation, guidelines, and plans into practical work. The assignment includes ensuring that the work is conducted in a legally secure and structured manner, while solutions and working methods contribute to operational benefits and create value for those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop work related to information security, data protection, and preparedness.
• Produce, coordinate, and follow up governing documents, plans, and routines.
• Plan and lead information classification, risk and vulnerability analyses, as well as consequence assessments.
• Support operations and managers in the planning and implementation of digitalization initiatives and other security-related matters.
• Handle incidents and contribute to systematic improvement work.
• Participate in and collaborate within municipality-wide networks.

Qualifications

• Relevant university education, at least a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with information security, data protection, or preparedness issues.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and drive processes toward desired results.
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with various target groups.
