About the Role

Are you a structured person with a technical interest who thrives in a role with varied tasks? As an Order Handler here, you will have a key role in our testing operations, responsible for handling and coordinating internal test orders from start to handover. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and planners to ensure that every test order is feasible, correctly planned, and clearly communicated.

The position is a fixed-term employment during the period August 24, 2026 – April 30, 2028.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Handle incoming test orders and coordinate them between different sites
• Perform feasibility assessments according to established processes
• Maintain statistics and follow-up on open cases
• Conduct handovers to project managers
• Collaborate with colleagues in Sweden, India, and Germany
• Work on improvements in the order handling process

You are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where many different functions collaborate. You will have contact with both Swedish and international colleagues, making good communication skills and a cooperative attitude crucial. This is a perfect role for you who likes to juggle many balls, has a technical interest, and wants to contribute to making our testing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Additionally, you have:

• An engineering degree or experience with HVDC testing
• A structured, organized, and communicative work style
• An interest in testing operations and thrive in a technical environment
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in order handling or project administration is an advantage
