That is why we are now looking for an engaged and driven Customer Experience & Marketing Manager who wants to develop our customer relationships, strengthen our brand, and create activities that make customers choose us again and again.
This is not a traditional marketing role. A large part of the work takes place in the store, where you meet customers, inspire employees, and contribute to developing a more proactive and service-oriented culture.
You will become a key link between our customers, our employees, and our marketing.
About the role
The role combines customer relations, marketing, events, and business development. You work both strategically and operationally with marketing, events, customer relations, and sales-driving activities.
A significant part of your working time is spent in the store, where you meet customers, support employees, and contribute to developing the customer experience in everyday life. The remaining time is spent planning, executing, and following up on activities that strengthen customer loyalty, sales, and the store's brand.
Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays, but weekend work occurs in connection with events, activities, and other customer meetings.
Your responsibilities
- Develop the store's customer relations and customer experience.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
- Be responsible for the store's social media and local communication.
- Drive and develop our children's club Mica, family activities, and customer events for families with children.
- Recruit, onboard, and coordinate employees working with the children's club and Mica.
- Build relationships with customers, associations, companies, and other local actors.
- Coach and inspire employees toward a more proactive approach to customer service.
- Follow up on and develop activities that strengthen customer loyalty, sales, and customer engagement.
We are looking for you who
- Are passionate about customer service, marketing, and creating strong customer relationships.
- Are communicative, outgoing, and enjoy meeting people.
- Have experience in marketing, sales, events, or customer development.
- Are creative, proactive, and like to turn ideas into activities that create results.
- Thrive in a role where you switch between strategic work and presence in the operations.
- Have good collaboration skills and the ability to inspire and engage others.
Experience from grocery retail or general retail is an advantage.
