Direkt Optik, part of the nexeye group, has 38 stores in Sweden. Nexeye consists of, in addition to Direkt Optik, the brands Hans Anders in the Netherlands and Belgium (400 stores) as well as Eyes+More with no fewer than 200 stores in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Sweden. The nexeye group stands for growth and expansion and aims to open even more new stores in Europe.

Example of Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations in the store.
• Be attentive to customer needs and wishes.
• Suggest improvement measures.
• Work according to the routines established for the store.
• Assemble eyeglasses and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain order and tidiness.

Qualifications

• Experience from work in retail is an advantage.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy sales.
• You have an aesthetic eye and can professionally present frames for all occasions.
• You have previous experience working in retail.

Experience from the optical industry is an advantage.

Personal Attributes

You are an orderly, positive person who likes giving advice, selling, and working with people. You are driven by sales and by creating good profitability. You enjoy spreading energy and a good atmosphere around you. You have strong social competence and are attentive to customers' needs.

As a store employee, you will receive a salary according to the Collective Agreement for the Retail Trade (Handelsavtalet).

The position is a full-time or part-time position of 23 hours/week, with fixed schedule times. Moving work shifts or covering in case of illness may occur. During a period in the summer, you will work 100%.
