We are looking for an engaged and driven Social Responsibility Coordinator (SAS) for the Individual and Care Department in Hagfors Municipality. The position is located within the Individual and Care Department, and you will work on behalf of the Social Services Director, in close collaboration with operational managers and other key functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As SAS, you will work both strategically and operationally to develop, follow up on, and ensure quality within the social services operations.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Responsibility for parts of the systematic quality work according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS)
• Investigate, analyze, and follow up on deviations and Lex Sarah reports
• Develop, implement, and follow up on routines, guidelines, and processes
• Act as a support to managers in quality and improvement work
• Conduct training initiatives within quality, documentation, and legal certainty
• Participate in supervision processes and contacts with external authorities
• Contribute to the development of a learning organization where experiences are utilized and translated into improvements
• Work with the development and management of operational systems
• Coordinate cross-operational assignments within the department, focusing on social services and care

The work is carried out in close collaboration with operations across the entire Individual and Care Department, where a team-based approach is a fundamental part of our way of working.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a strong commitment to quality and legal certainty, as well as good analytical skills.

You have:

• A degree in Social Work or other relevant higher education
• Several years of experience from social services operations
• Good knowledge of current legislation (SoL, LSS, HSL)
• Experience in quality work, follow-up, and investigative work
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
• Good ability to handle M365 and operation-specific digital environments as a user and system administrator
• Valid driver's license, category B

Experience working as an SAS or in a similar function is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience with system responsibility for operational systems within social services.

As a person, you are structured, independent, and have an easy way of building good relationships. You contribute to an open climate where collaboration and development are in focus, and you have the ability to translate analysis into practical improvement work.
