The Aircrew Equipment section is growing and is now looking for an ILS Engineer who wants to help develop future technical solutions for Gripen pilots' equipment.
Your Role
In your role, you will work in close collaboration with project managers and other engineers to develop and ensure a maintenance solution and associated maintenance system for the Gripen pilots' helmet systems, suit systems, and survival systems.
Tasks include, among other things, conducting requirements work, developing specifications, reviewing suppliers' work and deliveries, performing maintenance analyses, and creating maintenance documentation to be procured or maintained by the customer. You will take own responsibility and have the opportunity to work independently.

Requirements for the position
- You have a university degree in engineering or a university college degree in maintenance, or equivalent competence through work experience.
Merits
- Education in mechanical engineering, design and product development, textile engineering, or equivalent competence.
- You have experience with work methods related to ILS or other maintenance concepts, either through work experience or as a recent graduate.
- Experience in system and/or device development.
