We are looking for a System Administrator with a focus on Windows to join our DevOps team. In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues on the development, operation, and management of a complex Windows environment, focusing on applications, clients, and server infrastructure.

You will become part of a technical team responsible for the delivery, operation, and further development of client and server services. The work includes both management and development, where you contribute to ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT environments.

You will work in an environment with high security requirements, where continuous improvement of processes, automation, and technical solutions is a natural part of everyday life.

• Operation, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure (client and server)
• Patch management and upgrades of Windows environments
• Application packaging and distribution
• Script development and work with automation tools
• Further development of infrastructure services
• Ensuring compliance with security requirements and guidelines
• Actively participate in technical improvement initiatives
• Document working methods, routines, and technical solutions

Since documentation and communication are central parts of the job, very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Some years of experience with Windows Server and Windows client environments
• Good knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting languages
• Experience working in IT operations or infrastructure-related roles
