BRP Systems is an international SaaS company developing software for the fitness and wellness industry, and we are the market leader in the Nordic region. Our IT department needs reinforcement, and we are looking for you who are currently studying at a university or college and want a meaningful part-time job alongside your studies. You will be an important part of the daily operations in the IT department – everything from ensuring colleagues have the right equipment to providing on-site support when someone gets stuck. The working hours are flexible and adapted to your studies. We estimate the need to be approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Order and manage hardware – computers, monitors, and phones
• Administer phone numbers and subscriptions
• Responsible for inventory of IT equipment
• Administer accounts, permissions, and licenses
• Act as a "power user" and provide on-site IT support, including basic troubleshooting for PCs and Macs
• Receive, manage, and prepare equipment
• Administer access permissions

Skills we are looking for

• Knowledge of Identity Provider (IdP) administration
• Experience handling purchases and orders
• Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting
• Experience with administration in various IT interfaces
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
